With an MBA in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology—plus 12 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations—I bring a deep understanding of both the human and structural elements that create a thriving, values-driven business.​
My journey into values-based online business management began when I recognized the importance of aligning my work with my faith and well-being. After years in Human Resources, I felt called to pause, reflect, and rebuild in a way that truly honored my values. An Online Business Manager (OBM) specializes in running the day-to-day activities of online-based businesses, helping entrepreneurs manage planning, projects, people and progress. My role is to ensure that the right things are done, at the right time, in the right way, and by the right person. By taking on these responsibilities, I aim to free up business owners, allowing them to focus on the aspects of their business that truly require their unique expertise.
